SMART-GO2
The SMART-GO2 is a controller dedicated to anti-Snag and Auto-Centering. It performs serial communication with the angle camera that detects the hook position. If the crane PLC can communicate with Ethernet and cannot communicate because it is sequence control, it can be controlled through digital input/output and does not support anti-sway control.
Introduction
When the load is lifted with the Electric Overhead Travel Crane (EOTC), the driver must move and lift the load so that the lateral and driving centers (trolley centers) are aligned with the center (HOOK) of the load. When the load is lifted off-center, the load is suddenly tilted to the left/right. Prevent safety accidents that may occur due to this load shift (SNAG).
Auto-Centering?
If the anti-snag function stops the winding, turn on auto centering and continuously turn on the winding, the main/lateral movement automatically moves to the central axis of the load, and if the deviation angle is below the set value, the main/lateral movement stops and permits the winding operation
Anti-Snag?
If the center of the load and the center of the crane are out of the set angle during crane lifting, the hoist is automatically stopped
